WHITE SANCERRE
SAUVIGNON
The iconic cuvée of the estate under the Sancerre appellation, this 100% Sauvignon is a blend sourced from several hand-harvested plots with deep clay-limestone soils.
Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats and aged on lees for 6 to 8 months, this process maintains the Sauvignon Blanc's crispness and liveliness while adding depth to its texture.
A wine that embodies freshness, intertwining delicate notes of white flowers, peach, and green apple. Best enjoyed at 8-10°C within 2 to 3 years of bottling.
RED SANCERRE
PINOT NOIR
This 100% Pinot noir also comes from a blend of different plots harvested by hand, on clay-limestone soils.
The bunches are destemmed and a cold pre-fermentation maceration is carried out, in order to preserve the brightness of the fruit. A portion of the juice, from 10% to 20%, is aged in oak barrels.
A wine that can be consumed young for its aromas of fresh fruit, but which can also be aged for 5 to 10 years.

SANCERRE ROSÉ
PINOT NOIR
This wine comes from plots planted on clay-limestone soils.
The grapes are pressed directly and slowly, in order to extract the juices with finesse. Fermentation is carried out at low temperature in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats, thus preserving the fresh and fruity aromas.
This rosé seduces with its freshness and fruity expression. On the palate, it is lively and delicious, with a tangy and delicate finish.
SINGLE PLOT "LA CABANE"
SAUVIGNON
First single-plot wine of the estate, "La Cabane" is the fruit of several years of meticulous observation of our vineyard and our desire to reveal its many nuances.
A rare wine, coming from a southeast-facing plot on our clay-limestone terroir of Sainte-Gemme. Hand-harvested and aged in 300-liter barrels.
This cuvée showcases roundness and fruit, with barrel aging adding texture while preserving the lively freshness characteristic of Sauvignon.

Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures, with fine lees preserved to continue aging for 6 to 9 months.
This wine is fruit-driven, offering a delightful roundness, aromatic precision, and the vibrant freshness characteristic of Pouilly-Fumé.
