WHITE SANCERRE
100% SAUVIGNON
The iconic cuvée of the estate under the Sancerre appellation, this 100% Sauvignon is a blend sourced from several hand-harvested plots with deep clay-limestone soils.
Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats and aged on lees for 6 to 8 months, this process maintains the Sauvignon Blanc's crispness and liveliness while adding depth to its texture.
A wine that embodies freshness, intertwining delicate notes of white flowers, peach, and green apple. Best enjoyed at 8-10°C within 2 to 3 years of bottling.
SANCERRE RED
100% PINOT NOIR
This 100% Pinot noir also comes from a blend of different plots harvested by hand, on clay-limestone soils.
The bunches are destemmed and a cold pre-fermentation maceration is carried out, in order to preserve the brightness of the fruit. A portion of the juice, from 10% to 20%, is aged in oak barrels.
A wine that can be consumed young for its aromas of fresh fruit, but which can also be aged for 5 to 10 years.
CUVÉE M
100% GAMAY
A confidential and atypical wine, Cuvée M is the latest addition to our wine range.
A 100% Gamay wine, 100% free-run juice, with 17 days of maceration with whole clusters. It puts in the spotlight this rare grape variety in Sancerre, which always had its place in the estate's plots.
