CYPRIEN
Third generation of the family, Cyprien combines tradition and modernity. After studying in Beaune, he joined his uncles in 2021 and actively participated in the development of the estate.
His dynamism and passion for the Sancerre terroir inspire new initiatives, both in the cellar and in the vineyard.
GUILLAUME
Guillaume has always been closely linked to the family estate, which was still a farm at the time: agriculture, goat breeding and viticulture. He followed the footsteps of his parents and grandparents and contributed to the development of the property.
In 2006, he starts working with his brother, Christophe. In 2021, their nephew Cyprien joins the team, marking the start of a restructuration phase for the estate to prepare it for future challenges.
Guillaume is deeply rooted in the land and the vineyard. He takes as much pleasure in exploring and maintaining the plots as in sharing his passion for wine and his work.
CHRISTOPHE
In 1985, Christophe obtained his BEPA, and after several years of work on the family farm, he joined forces with his father Daniel in 1990 to give birth to the SCEA des Sardelles.
This marks the beginning of the wine adventure, marked by the construction of a vat room and a storage building in 1997, as well as planting new plots of vines.
Christophe is deeply attached to the agricultural dimension of his profession, and cultivates a special relationship with his customers, always eager to share his passion for the wines he produces.
